Fluttering Fairies Theme at Our Location Theme

When a guest arrives, they are greeted by our hostess, who helps them with their gift. Once most of the guests are present, our hostess begins the party by having all the guests line-up and leads the children up the circular staircase to our dressing room. The little fairies will spend approximately 1 hour in our dressing room, where they can choose from a variety of beautiful fairy costumes. We have a wide selection of accessories including; halos, wings, wands, boas, and slippers. Our boy costumes include knights, pirates, wizards, kings, and a dragon. Your two hostesses will take care of every detail. Each guest will feel special as they are helped to dress in their costumes.

We apply sparkly makeup and nail polish (temporary tattoos or face-paint for boys). You also have the option of adding a fairy halo craft ($3.00 per child) which helps keep the kids busy, while we are applying make-up.

We play a variety of fairy games and each guest will win a treat. We will also set up a few photo/video opportunities for you, so you can take some great pictures. The climax of the dress up session is a Fairy Parade, where the Birthday Fairy will parade each of her guests around the room and pose, so you can take a picture of each guest. The games and activities are adjusted according to the guests' age group and gender.

Just imagine the look on your child's face if we were to announce that a special guest will be attending, and one of our beautiful fairy/princesses walks into the room. Click on "Special Hostess" to see photos of our fairy/princesses. They are beautiful and great with children. If you added a special hostess to your daughter's party ($75), she would be present during the entire party. She would apply makeup and nail polish for each girl, would participate in the games and activities, would pose for a picture with each of the guests, and would help serve tea. Tinkerbell, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Snow White, Ariel, and Jasmine are available. We know how important it is that the children believe the Fairy/Princess is real, which is why we carefully screen hostesses to make sure they not only look like the character, but also act like the character they are portraying. We have also invested in high quality character costumes which help make the fantasy a reality.

After we've helped the girls change back into their regular clothes, we move the party to the beautiful tea room, where each table is set with real china and silverware. Guests will receive a proper etiquette lesson and then will enjoy assorted tea sandwiches, fruits, veggies and cookies. Each guest will have the opportunity to pour their own "tea". Our choices for tea sandwiches are ham, turkey, or chicken with cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cream cheese with/without cucumber, & strawberry jam or grape jelly. Our choices for "tea" are apple juice, peach juice, pink lemonade, and iced tea. Coffee, tea and water are included for the adults. Food is not included for the adults, but we would be happy to prepare a tea tray for them as well ($25 per tray-feeds 4).

Once the guests have finished eating, we bring in the cake (supplied by you or available through us) and sing "Happy Birthday". We then cut and serve the cake. All of our cakes are custom-made and hand-decorated; many are shaped designs and are simply delicious! Check out our "Online Boutique" for photos of our cakes.

Because we have continuous activities planned for the duration of the regular party time, we usually do not have enough time to open gifts. If you would like your child to open her gifts at our facility, you can add an extra 1/2 hour ($35-subject to availability). We then help your child distribute her loot bags (supplied by you or available through us). We offer a wide variety of items in our loot bags. We do not use any junk filler toys. The party ends with everyone singing our special closing song.
