Booking Information

Once we have confirmed that your preferred party date/time
is available, a $75 (+HST) non-refundable deposit is required 
to reserve your party date/time. Acceptable forms of payment 
are cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard. Amex and personal
cheques are not accepted. For parties at our location, the
balance is to be paid on the day of your party. For parties at
your location, or any other outside location, we will charge
the balance to your credit card the day before your event.

Parties Times at our Location

Monday through Friday:

Party times are flexible during weekdays.

 

Saturday & Sunday:
10:30am - 12:30pm

1:00pm - 3:00pm

3:30pm - 5:30pm     

Extra time can be added to any time slot, subject to availability
$35/half hour or $65/hour

 

We highly recommend visiting our lovely tea room (you won't be disappointed). If possible, please give us a call before dropping by, as we sometimes leave the shop for short periods of time.

Birthday Parties Time Slots at Your Location
We do not have set time slots for parties at you location. Please let us know what time you would prefer and we will do our best to accomodate your request. When deciding on a time for your party, please keep in mind that you should feed the children before our entertainers arrive or after they leave. Have guests arrive at least 30 minutes before our entertainers arrive. Have the party end a minimum of 30 minutes after our entertainers leave (allowing enough time for cake and present opening).
