13. What happens if the entertainer(s) arrive late?

Although very rare, if your entertainer has not arrived at the scheduled start time, contact us immediately, otherwise we will assume that she is on time. Because the entertainers are travelling to your location, there are many valid factors, beyond our control, which can cause them to be late (weather, traffic, car troubles, accidents, etc.). Therefore, if an entertainer is late, they will remain for the total time that was booked, beginning from the time they arrive. Please be sure to set the guest pick-up time at least 45-60 minutes after our entertainers are scheduled to leave, to allow for unforeseen delays. We cannot offer any compensation for entertainers being late.
