FAQs
9. When do you need the final RSVP count?
We will need the final number of children attending, 3 business business days before the party. This is the number that determines the price for your party. Therefore if a child does not show up or chooses not to participate, you will still be charged the final RSVP count.
For parties at our location: We use this number to determine the amount of food to prepare.
For parties at your location: We use this number to prepare and pack the needed supplies & costumes. To be as efficient as possible, we bring only the supplies and costumes necessary, therefore be sure to include any child that you think may be participating in the final count.
